Software Architect Position

This is a challenging role where you will be working with a team of software engineers to design, develop and test a range of products on web and mobile platforms. Your way to impact is to work independently or lead a team to design, code and test complex features, as well as mentor other engineers.

  • Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack and Bootstrap are required.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to implement user-friendly features and interfaces. Excellent project execution skills, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment are expected.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in building successful production software systems. A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals is necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery. Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance, support and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth and development. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Demonstrate a high level of curiosity, passion for technology, pride of ownership and strive for excellence.
