An Academic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in educational institutions ensuring that academic programs are effectively implemented and that students receive a high-quality education.

Job Title: Academic Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating academic programs, facilitating communication between faculty, students, and administration, and ensuring the smooth delivery of educational services. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing academic strategies to enhance student learning and academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Coordination:
    • Develop and implement academic programs and curriculum in alignment with institutional goals.
    • Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, and classroom assignments.
  2. Faculty Support:
    • Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty members.
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty.
  3. Student Support:
    • Provide academic advising and support to students, including guidance on course selection and academic planning.
    • Organize and manage academic workshops, seminars, and other student enrichment activities.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain and update academic records, including student grades and attendance.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.
  5. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Foster effective communication between students, faculty, and administration.
    • Organize and participate in academic committees and meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A Master's degree is often preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Salary: 25K-50K Salary Negotiable for Good Candidates

Good communication skills, planning, and delivering STEM & ROBOTICS curriculum at schools. Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress. Attending to individual student needs and provide additional learning support when needed. Demonstrating various STEM products at schools and creating awareness of STEM within the students of different backgrounds and cultures. Communicating regularly with parents and authorities and other stakeholders when needed. Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Using learner data to constantly refine the existing curriculum. Assessing various stakeholders' feedback and developing an action plan to improvise the implementation process. Passionate about teaching and educating students and teachers, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.
