Lead Visual Artist Position

We seek an exceptional Lead Visual Artist to guide our design team and bring creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to every project.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled visual identity expert to craft compelling brand experiences across multiple mediums.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cohesive visual identities, overseeing technical execution of designs from concept to final artwork, and mentoring the graphic design team to foster innovation and professional growth.

A key focus of this role will be collaborating with our Creative Director to maintain brand consistency, develop brand guidelines, and oversee production of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong visual identities that tell impactful brand stories.
  • Oversight of technical aspects of design projects ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Manage and mentor the graphic design team promoting a culture of creativity and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to support brand strategy and ensure consistency.
  • Establish and maintain effective brand guidelines to ensure correct application across all platforms.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets, and environmental graphics.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Art/Graphic Design or related field, along with 5 years of experience in Graphic Design. Proven expertise in developing visual identities, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and excellent project management skills are essential.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Art/Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful visual identities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong project management skills ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.

Experience with motion graphics and 3D software is highly desirable, as is a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
