Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to support our organizational growth.

This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development strategies, conducting training needs assessments, and designing and delivering engaging training programs and workshops.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage learners.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools to create interactive content.
