Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit engagements. As an Associate Manager, you will take charge of planning and executing audits from start to finish.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion. They will also provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.

In addition to overseeing multiple engagements concurrently, this role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or master's; CPA is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients is preferred.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the firm well to clients' management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills.
