Technical Project Manager
Job DescriptionAs a seasoned professional in project management, we are seeking an individual to lead and deliver digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are optimal and aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Work closely with technical stakeholders to define project plans, key results areas, and processes.
- Communicate project status and structure to all necessary departments.
- Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
- Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
- Conduct regular project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
- Provide expert guidance regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
