As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rendering workflow across various DCC applications. This involves ensuring that all visual effects and lighting shots are rendered efficiently with high quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rendering pipelines, shading, lighting, and AOV/pass setup. Experience with render farm management and proficiency in Python scripting are also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to debug complex render issues.

Responsibilities
  • Rendering Workflow Management: Oversee the rendering process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality renders.
  • Compile Issue Shots: Compile issue shots based on render engine settings for performance and user support.
  • Pipeline & Troubleshooting Support: Provide technical support and guidance to artists for resolving rendering-related issues.
Requirements
  • Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, Houdini, 3ds Max, and render engines like Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, RenderMan, Cycles, Karma.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of rendering pipelines, shading, lighting, and AOV/pass setup. Experience with render farm management and proficiency in Python scripting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to debug complex render issues.
