The Senior Associate role in the CCE Workplace Governance team involves supporting key areas such as contract management, operations, and portfolio financials.

  • Support the team in managing contracts, licenses, and compliance across multiple stakeholders.]
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to manage budget planning, controls, and accruals for quarterly reports.]
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/annual true-ups of purchased licenses to ensure optimal utilization.]
  • Monitor and optimize software license usage and entitlements to maintain compliance.]
  • Create and publish digital workplace performance reports for software license utilizations and compliance.]
  • Perform billing validations, PO creations in Ariba, and monitor vendor accountability.]
  • Track contracts and execute change requests, extensions, renewals, or closures.]
  • Troubleshoot contract-related problems and incorrect invoicing to ensure smooth operations.]
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize logically, and adapt to changing circumstances with excellent communication skills.]
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.]
  • Highly motivated individuals who can work effectively under minimal supervision are ideal candidates.]
  • Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the CCE Workplace Governance Team.]

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or Portfolio Management is required.]
  • 5-9 years of experience in Information Systems, Finance, or Portfolio Management is preferred.]
  • Financial skills, tracking budget expenses, analyzing information, auditing, accounting, corporate finance, managing processes, developing standards, performance management, and financial software expertise are essential.]
  • Exceptional teaming skills, effective communication with senior leadership, and medium to large audience discussions/presentations are necessary.]
