Job Title: Technical Project Manager

A seasoned professional with a strong technical background is required to lead cross-functional technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication abilities, a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technical projects across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leads, product managers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope or timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks, ensuring smooth project progression.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or tech environment.
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycles (from discovery to delivery).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
