Print Production Coordinator Position

The primary objective of this role is to manage end-to-end print production activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

This position plays a vital role in the success of our direct mail campaigns and special projects. The Print Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously, supporting project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage print production activities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools
Core Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Self-management and organizational skills

Certification (Preferred): Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).
