The Role: Credit Manager

As a Credit Manager at Supermoney, you will drive credit evaluation and risk management for our in-house NBFC and lending partners. You will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting credit proposals for our diverse supply chain finance programs.

Credit Management Overview:

  • Credit Underwriting: Conduct comprehensive credit appraisals and financial analysis of corporate anchors and their MSME partners.
  • Risk Assessment: Prepare detailed credit appraisal memos highlighting key risks and presenting recommendations for sanctioning.
  • Policy & Process: Assist in developing and refining credit policies and underwriting frameworks.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor the health of the allocated portfolio and identify early warning signals to mitigate potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless deal structuring and documentation.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform credit decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in SME credit underwriting and risk management.
