Key Responsibilities:

Data Management Expertise

  • Create, update, and maintain product data in our system.
  • Maintain and update vendor information, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Record and regularly update transit days for distribution centers and vendors.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Prepare and publish daily reports for operations and supply chain teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports covering KPIs such as supply chain performance, vendor ratings, inventory levels, and service standards.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of business intelligence to management.
  • Automate and simplify reporting formats for efficiency.

Process Support & Coordination

  • Maintain proper documentation of changes in product data and pricing.
  • Support internal audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and formatting.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or related industries.
