As a key member of our QA team, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing, including manual, automation, and performance testing, while actively participating in requirement analysis, client discussions, and test strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs.

• Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases.

","

• Execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests.

","

• Perform validations across development, QA, and production environments.

","

Technical Skills Required:

","

• Selenium with Python (automation testing)

","

• TestNG (test configuration)

","

• JMeter or LoadRunner (performance/load testing)

","

• Postman, Swagger, or equivalent (API testing)

","

• Zoho BugTracker, Jira (bug management & tracking)
