Senior Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to lead reconciliation and settlement processes.
The role purpose is to empower merchants to provide seamless payment experiences through our customer-first initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise reconciliation activities to maintain an effective operating model.
- Process payments and transactions within standardized turnaround times, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Work cross-organizationally to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them, measuring success and impacts.
- Ensure operational risk management in all aspects of payments and settlement functions.
- Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience: Preferably from international payment gateways, fintech, acquiring settlements, and banks.
- Years of work experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience and proven leadership in merchant's settlement and reconciliation.
- Qualification: Minimum graduation from a recognized university, preferably from the accounting background (B.COM).
