Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our digital marketing team.

This is a night shift role that requires strong leadership and graphic design skills. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in operations and graphic designing, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact graphics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to develop innovative strategies to meet aggressive goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 20+ members to deliver high-quality graphics on time.
  • Developing and executing a holistic strategy to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Staying informed on the latest market and industry trends to infuse best practices into delivery.
  • Working closely with the Training team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and delivering on SLAs agreed.
