Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee engineering teams, driving project delivery and customer-centric solutions in SCADA technology.

About the Role:
  • Manage 25 FTE engineers, focusing on competence development, knowledge sharing, process improvement, and tooling optimization.
  • Ensure process compliance, quality, and lead time for project work, while fostering a system perspective and understanding of system requirements and project life cycles.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with business stakeholders worldwide.
  • Drive results-oriented teams, promoting group-oriented leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain a multicultural work environment, willing to travel for business requirements.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of hands-on experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Preference for experience managing PLC/SCADA teams.
  • Project delivery experience, particularly in SCADA technology (Win CC/OA, Ignition, Wonderware, Indusoft, etc).
  • B.E. / B. Tech (Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical) degree from a recognized University/Institution.
