Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the LMS system, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud HCM solutions, with experience in SuccessFactors and a focus on the Learning module. They will be responsible for administering the LMS system, creating and maintaining content, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Primary LMS Administrator for Asia Pacific Region
  • Back-up LMS Administrator and EMN Super User globally
  • Consult with clients to determine development requirements and design solution(s) that address gaps to meet business objectives
  • Revising and updating existing LMS job aid/training materials as changes occur
  • Adding new and updating LMS course content
  • Performing and leading user testing for new or updated functionality
  • Designing and executing test scripts and scenarios
  • Building and running reports as needed
  • Fundamental understanding of HR data feeds that influence user account access
  • Basics knowledge and potential application of Learning Admin security

Qualifications :

  • 2 - 5 years of experience supporting a cloud HCM solution (ideally in SuccessFactors with a focus on the Learning module)
  • 16 years of education
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of end users
  • Strong sense of urgency in all tasks
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • High learning agility and willingness to grow

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with iSpring and Articulate 360
