Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day supervision of a team, ensuring they deliver high-quality results while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor team members' work and attendance in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Coach team members to achieve consistent high-performance delivery.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Facilitate team meetings to expedite communication and schedule activities.
Requirements:
  • Motivated individuals with skills to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to mentor and provide direction to team members.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO environment. Strong knowledge of operations metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA is essential.
