Analog Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Analog Design Engineer to lead our team in developing high-quality analog mixed-signal (AMS) designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Analog Mixed-Signal Macro Characterization: Conduct thorough characterization of AMS macros, including extraction of analog-digital interface timing models and correlated timing model data for Hspice simulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with library characterization for AMS macros.
- Timing Model Development: Create accurate timing models for AMS macros in multiple formats as required, ensuring consistency and correctness through QA checks.
- Methodology and Flow Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation and implement methodology and flow improvements using shell/perl/tcl or python programming languages.
- Hands-on Experience: Possess 3-4 years of experience in characterizing and validating AMS macros with a solid understanding of timing fundamentals.
- Technical Skills: Must have experience with NanoTime and proficiency in Hspice/Spectre simulators is desirable.
