Senior Web Development Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior web development manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions for our existing websites.

  • Lead the building of modular and reusable components using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Drive new development efforts while ensuring proper integration with our content management system.
  • Provide direction on front-end architecture and technical design/implementation.
  • Maintain and improve overall website performance while ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review team designs and provide feedback on deployment safety, resilience, scale, performance, and security.
  • Foster collaboration between Product and UX Design teams.
  • Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested before deployment.
  • Develop and implement well-considered deployment plans.
