Job Title: Master Data Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Data Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management of material master data within our ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of different material types, material groups, sales data, production data, inventory & costing, and must be able to monitor master data quality across regions and suggest maintenance tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation, maintenance, and management of material master data within our ERP system
  • Monitoring master data quality across regions and suggesting maintenance tasks
  • Coordinating master data input from other departments
  • Participating in data governance and driving initiatives to ensure the delivery of milestones and timelines for data operations requirements
  • Supporting and collaborating with Supply Operations, Manufacturing & Quality Teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Transactional experience in SAP ERP, MDG or similar systems
  • Knowledge about Analytics for Office (AAO) to extract SAP data
  • Extracting data from other NZ systems and combining these
  • Data modeling skills – MS Excel skills in combining data, etc., MS Access is an added advantage
  • Analytical skills to draw conclusions from extracts
