Job Title: Home-based Customer Support Associate

 

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Home-based Customer Support Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences via voice, email, and chat.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are proficient in English communication, and have excellent Hindi language skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and concise solutions to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in business or communications)
  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Hindi is a must
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with internet applications and typing speed of at least 25 WPM
