Job Title: Product Complaints Specialist
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling medical device customer allegations in a complaints management system. They will have knowledge on medical devices usage, including post-market surveillance (PMS) and medical devices reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complaints Handling Process Management
- Work with the team lead to complete daily assignments
- Organize and manage daily work allocation
- Utilize work instructions to resolve complaints and ensure compliance with processes
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Medical Devices Complaints Handling or PMS activities
- Proficient knowledge of global medical device regulations such as CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
