Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and generate potential leads, leveraging data enrichment to gather detailed information about prospects.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, streamlining lead management processes.
Client Outreach:
- Reach out to identified leads through email, phone, and social media, introducing and pitching our digital services to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with interested clients, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and customizing pitches to address specific requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client engagement process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Pitching:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our digital services and their benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities and results, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation, with strong data enrichment skills to gather detailed prospect information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
