About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate - Research to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting secondary research using various databases and sources
  • Qualifying leads and evaluating their viability for the sales team
  • Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other databases to find potential customers
  • Collaborating with client analysts to establish project concepts and deliverables
  • Analyzing and reporting on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Managing leads and maintaining lead generation databases and customer contact records
  • Building relationships with clients and colleagues
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong passion for research and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your excellent communication and analytical skills will enable you to effectively articulate your findings and provide valuable insights to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of work experience
  • Minimum Graduate qualification and experience in Market Research role is a plus
  • Strong language, writing, and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-QC discipline
  • Good time management and demonstrated ability to perform under stipulated timelines/SLAs
  • Fluent in MS Office suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint
