About the Role:

Coding Ninjas is seeking an exceptional Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting engaging visual narratives.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in video editing who can interpret scripts and creative briefs to build captivating stories.

This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit diverse video content across various formats to convey key messages effectively.
  • Refine footage using cutting, color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on timelines, creative direction, and revisions.
  • Maintain organized project files, backups, and versioning workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or content-focused setup.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and solid understanding of post-production workflows, storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
  • Experience with color grading, audio balancing, and creating platform-ready final exports.
  • Basic knowledge of camera gear, lighting, and on-set best practices.
  • Able to take feedback constructively and make quick turnarounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of editing work across formats is mandatory.
