Ethyx is a pioneering platform that converges finance, technology, and sustainability to empower MSME and SHG finance. Every invoice becomes a proof of trust, every flow of money carries its ESG/SDG story, and every small entrepreneur can be part of a verifiable, dignified growth journey.

We are seeking a co-founder who shares our vision and wants to build Ethyx as their own. This means:

• Bold initiative & resilience: You thrive without a playbook, handle ambiguity with ease, and keep moving forward when the road gets tough and are comfortable with frequent pivots.
• Creator mindset: You don't just solve problems, you create new possibilities. You're as comfortable sketching on a whiteboard as you are structuring deals or designing systems.
• Drive for outcomes: Whether it's opening doors with investors, engaging with ministries, or getting into the weeds of product, you chase tangible results, not just effort.

The ideal co-founder will contribute capital in exchange for equity.

By Day 30:

Pipeline Development: Build a single deal memo (2–3 pages) for 'Program-linked MSME credit rails' without retail solicitation.

Term-Sheet Validation: Two term-sheet drafts should be in play (one DFI/CSR facility, one bank program line with guarantee overlay).

Closing & Deployment: Anchor facility ≥₹10 Cr (or equivalent multi-party stack) conditionally approved; fee & covenant model finalized.

By Day 30: 12+ calls booked; 3–4 NDAs signed; 1–2 LoIs for program-linked facilities (even conditional).

By Day 60: At least one conditional TS + one MoU with a bank/NBFC for a small program line (₹3–5 Cr) pending pilot metrics.

By Day 90: 3 pilots live (safe + 2 external); budget note issued by one program owner allocating ₹2–3 Cr against pilot scaling.
