Job Title: Experienced Finance Project Lead for SAP S/4HANA Accounting

As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee the delivery of large and complex technology projects involving SAP S/4HANA accounting. Your daily tasks include collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost while supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create proof-of-concepts regarding functionalities in S4 HANA Finance and own end-to-end project delivery.
  • Develop deep business process functional expertise, creating E2E business process flow documentation based on discussion with business and requirement analysis.
  • Lead a team to deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 E2E implementation projects experience in S/4HANA accounting with good finance functional expertise and 10-12 years of functional experience.
  • Hands-on experience in E2E finance business processes, including scope document preparation, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprint creation, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications documents, test case documents, training presentations, config guides, and user manuals.
  • Ability to identify and deliver possible process optimizations and automations.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
