As a Senior Brand Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, engagement, and sales through direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about brand heritage, journey, products, and services.
  2. Handling client feedback & grievances professionally and driving solutions to the issues when necessary.
  3. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the brand.

You will be responsible for preparing client briefing documents, organizing documents required for client communication, and ensuring all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.

A successful Senior Brand Advisor will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and will represent the brand in national/international art & design events and private previews.

Requirements:

  1. A graduate or postgraduate degree in luxury management/marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputable institute.
  2. 7+ years of experience in the retail luxury/hospitality/interior industry.
  3. Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
