Job Opportunity:

Agrocel Industries is seeking an experienced Executive Mechanical to oversee mechanical maintenance activities and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness, adhering to industry standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with rotary and static equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
