Job Title: Technical Scrum Master

A hybrid role that blends Scrum Master responsibilities with technical product ownership, offering a challenging and collaborative environment for those who thrive in Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to foster collaboration and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), leveraging tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Oversee the sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles) to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations, fostering open communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency to drive business success and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification to demonstrate expertise in Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations to leverage toolsets effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments to navigate complex systems and processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate teams, driving results-oriented performance and growth.
