We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III to join our Controllership team at Amazon. As a key member of our operation finance team, you will play a critical role in controlling Amazon's transportation cost.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with operational, tech, and program management teams to manage multiple stakeholder groups.
- Build weekly detailed reports, survey results, and metrics to drive efficiency.
- Take ownership of situations with minimal guidance and monitor metrics for assigned programs.
- Correlate multiple metrics to identify trends and drive efficiency with peer teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and create end-of-week reports for stakeholders.
- Attend weekly business reviews to review assigned programs with leadership.
- 5+ years of cross-functional experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience (preferred).
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field (preferred).
