Job Description

We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Inverter Design Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing and developing high-voltage inverters. As a High Voltage Inverter Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HV inverter mechanical designs with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical design with electrical and software components.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation of designs, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot design issues, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically in HV inverter design and development.

  • Advanced/expert in Unigraphics NX (Modelling, Drafting, Plastic & casting design, Generative sheet metal, Generative shape design, DMU).
  • Excellent drafting knowledge and best practices of the drafting according to international standards.
  • Knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
  • Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
