Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering complex business and technical requirements, managing product backlogs, and extracting insights from content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines to ensure key sourcing milestones are achieved.
  • Project manage the sourcing events, liaising with internal clients, suppliers, and member firms across multiple locations.
  • Guide discussions for information and requirements gathering; build sourcing event content and evaluation criteria.
  • Build and monitor events in the Ariba Sourcing module.
  • Manage supplier lists and communications related to sourcing event activities.
  • Coordinate key participants in scoring and grading supplier proposals.
  • Evaluate bid-proposals and supplier down-selection based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Manage multiple events and internal clients catering to different time zones at various stages of the sourcing process.

Requirements:
