  • This position requires maintaining turnaround times for UBL proposals at an acceptable level, managing overall credit and risk functions for assigned areas or locations, and facilitating business teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.">
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to credit policies and defined processes, providing inputs for designing and implementing credit policies and programs, as well as monitoring competitor products and policies.">
  • Furthermore, you will maintain portfolio quality, control delinquencies through portfolio reviews, oversee collections and delinquency management, and coordinate with operations teams for disbursal, OTC, and PDD processes.">
  • Your responsibilities will also include hiring and managing credit resources, handling attrition and performance management, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance for assigned locations or areas, and taking reference checks for prospective borrowers from market links and existing lenders.">
  • Last but not least, you will coordinate training programs for credit and sales teams and manage MIS for the vertical.">
