Job Description\

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the success of our CRM and Marketing Automation products. This individual will be responsible for defining and guiding the product direction, developing and executing the product roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap to drive business growth and revenue increase.\
  • Prioritize tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective resource allocation.\
  • Make informed decisions based on data and market analysis to optimize product performance.\
  • Present findings and recommendations to customers and executives to ensure alignment and buy-in.\
  • Oversee product lines from initial concept to post-production support to ensure high-quality customer experiences.\
  • Drive the product strategy and team to make Tekion's CRM top in its vertical space.\
  • Establish success metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.\
  • Approach challenges with agility and discipline to ensure projects are initiated efficiently and executed systematically.\
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of Product Managers to achieve excellence and professional growth.\
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success, and General Management.\
  • Prioritize resources effectively, clearly articulate trade-offs, and position the team to achieve immediate targets as well as long-term objectives.\
  • Lead both onshore and offshore teams to deliver superior user experiences with measurable business results.\
  • Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data is highly desirable.\
  • AI/ML product management experience is also preferred.\
