As a senior specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our reward priorities, and delivering solutions which support both our colleagues and our business aspirations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead advice, guidance, and insight across the business unit(s), developing data-led solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes for performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance the effectiveness of rewards, driving improved business performance.
  • Drive increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of rewards adoption and use, enabling managers to make balanced decisions.
Key Skills:
  • Advanced business partnering skills, leading partnerships with leaders to translate goals into programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating strong ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of changes.
  • Strong storytelling skills with data/business insights, building the case for change and communicating through design.
