Strategic Organizational Partner

You will be responsible for driving people-centric solutions to address business challenges. You will develop a talent strategy that enables the organization to achieve its objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with senior business leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and talent-related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive talent plan to drive lasting change in the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling propositions for your business in talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use and request data strategically to identify trends in qualitative and quantitative data, improving organizational health and informing decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of employees in the organization to ensure a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

  • Strong experience in talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Able to work in complex environments and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and drive organizational change.
