Job Description

Key Performance Areas:

  • Support the execution of the organization's distribution strategy to drive business value.
  • Develop and implement inventory planning policies, processes, and strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Design a logistics network and distribution plan for the business that optimizes costs and service levels.
  • Assess the financial structure and inventory storage capabilities of the business.
  • Execute the fulfillment plan for different categories and products according to market requirements.
  • Manage the distribution network to ensure it adds value to the business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including plants, sales, and supply planning teams, to ensure customer service levels are met.
  • Conduct continuous analyses and reviews of order fill rate parameters and make analytical modeling changes as needed.
  • Drive the team to monitor and track finished goods inventory at every location to plan dispatch effectively.
  • Support the opening and closure of nodes to ensure optimal network cost and service level is maintained.
  • Drive supplies to meet organizational demand on expected timelines.
