Paid Ads Specialist Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to help us share our brand story with the world through measurable results. At our company, we craft sustainable linen clothing for little ones and their families.

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions. You'll also develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements, and monitor campaign performance daily to provide actionable insights.

We're seeking a professional with 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion or e-commerce brands. You should have a proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Manage ad spend to optimize ROI and conversions.
  • Create and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to inform future advertising efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Strong understanding of ad targeting options and budgeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
