Business Development Executive for USA Market

Illumine is a leading SaaS company revolutionizing the childcare software industry with our innovative solutions. Our software is used by preschools, childcare centers, and enterprise childcare chains worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced BDR (Business Development Representative) to expand our presence in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries.
Sales Responsibilities- Generate leads through targeted outreach and prospecting efforts, leveraging email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is also required.
Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $60,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus commission structure.
