Senior AEM Author Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Author to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing digital content across various platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management (DAM), as well as experience with SEO principles and implementation within AEM.

This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform QA on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for content QA.
  • Work with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.
