Job Title: Retail Training Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our growing eyewear brand.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building retail excellence by delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams, with a focus on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge (eyewear, accessories), customer service & experience, and sales techniques and upselling.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps, conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles, and develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality training programs that meet business objectives and improve employee skills.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
