Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and payroll processes with a strong desire to support various talent acquisition and payroll administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify top talent.
  • Payroll Administration: Support the payroll team in processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including the completion of necessary paperwork and payroll setup.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, payroll data, and recruitment activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll and recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries, benefits, and other HR-related concerns.
  • Reporting: Generate reports related to recruitment and payroll, providing insights to HR management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to payroll and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
