Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive measurement strategy aligned with business objectives and platform architecture.
  • Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using industry-standard tools such as Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, user flow analysis, and conversion metrics.
  • Create custom dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
  • Track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation, as well as hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.

They will also have a strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies, as well as familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.

Additionally, the candidate will have excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams, and be able to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform
  • Design and implement a comprehensive measurement framework
  • Ensure accurate data collection and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts
  • Work closely with the Web Lead (Product Manager) to integrate analytics into the development roadmap
  • Partner with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behavior and engagement patterns

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in web analytics and tracking implementation
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
