Job Title: Web Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced web development team lead to oversee the creation of high-performance websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of frontend and backend developers, delivering projects on time and within scope, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Ownership & Delivery: Translate client briefs, UI/UX designs, and business goals into robust web solutions and ensure timely delivery and deployment.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 web developers, conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as technical lead and client-facing point of contact for web-related projects, provide proactive updates, documentation, and post-delivery support.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, SEO, performance marketing, and branding teams to ensure design fidelity, responsiveness, SEO readiness, fast-loading, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js.
  • Backend: Node.js / PHP / Python (any), APIs, REST/GraphQL.
  • CMS: WordPress (with custom theme/plugin dev), Headless CMS (optional).
  • eCommerce: Shopify, WooCommerce.
  • DevOps: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Vercel/Netlify, cPanel, Docker (optional).
