Role Overview

The Demand Analyst will support the senior management in making informed decisions on financial and business forecasting areas by preparing and presenting reports. Key responsibilities include operational management of financial data, deriving insights to support decision-making, and making recommendations to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present reports to support senior management decisions on financial and business forecasting areas.
  • Manage operational financial data to ensure control, derive insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support annual planning cycle for volume, NSV, BTL, TTL, OH with collection of information and collaboration with relevant clusters/functions.
  • Act as a bridge between region and head office to channel necessary financial information.
  • Analyze actual vs budget P&L (NSV, BTL, TTL, OH) for RPC discussion and commentary.
  • Actualize BTL for relevant regions.
  • Prepare analyses and present financial data to support regional MFR and MOR decisions.
  • Perform SKU Level Profitability analysis of all Brands at regional Level.
  • Craft CAAP Level BPM Data base of Regional D&S Business performance - Brand wise Performance, RPC Performance.
  • Ensure control procedures are strictly adhered to according to global processes and standards.
  • Support monthly balance sheet review, book closure activities, and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute flash reporting.
  • Support team with pricing reviews and business performance calls.
  • Initiate relevant regional journals and provisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet auditor's requirements on schedule and variance analysis.
Experience and Skills Required:

4-8 years PQE or ICWA/CA Inter with 2-4 years PQE.
