UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to lead our user interface and user experience design efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web and application design principles, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
  2. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications in various environments.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy.
  4. Work closely with business stakeholders, scientists, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.
  5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure user satisfaction.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D or related fields.
  • Proficiency in web programming, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Angular.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience working on projects similar to those mentioned above.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of our digital products.

No prior experience working with us is required, but we do expect you to be familiar with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
