The Role

As a Senior Manager-PPM, you will be responsible for driving the planning and performance cycle in our People function. You will oversee various aspects of financial management, provide analytical insights, and track targets and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process to optimize financial performance.
  • Leading the cycle of 3-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, and other key planning cycles to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan to ensure efficiency.
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdowns to inform business decisions.
  • Applying organization design principles to optimize structure design and improve overall performance.

TSC (Target Setting and Cascading)

  • Implementing target setting and appraisal processes to align with global best practices.
  • Defining tools to record and manage performance metrics in the people team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bringing best practices for a high-performance mindset and culture.
  • Driving a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top-tier B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
