Business Continuity Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Management professional to perform critical information management, program management office, and administrative roles.

The ideal candidate will be based out of Bangalore and report directly to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data administration of India Business Continuity plans in specialized software platforms.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update employee records in emergency notification systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to monitor global workforce distribution and gather geographic location information from employees.
  • Support enterprise business resilience programs with data governance and scheduled reporting.
  • Contribute to business resilience offices as partners with business functions to develop and maintain business impact analyses and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to plan owners and business continuity managers during events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and with aggressive time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Availability for 'on-call' duties during incidents or events outside business hours.
  • Knowledge of specialized software platforms is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing business continuity planning or program management offices or working for internal reporting teams.
  • BCP certification is desirable.
